    Has anyone else fallen in love with the Asia book?

    Wow, I got the book on Thursday in class and I've already made the tofu soup and the sushi.... they've turned out so well.

    Tofu soup was 1 syn per serving
    Sushi is Syn free on extra easy

    There are so many other fantastic recipes



    The sushi was so good, the puppy stole a piece off the plate.





    Has anyone else tried anything from the book? It's amazing!

    Yes, I made the Burmese Chicken curry - it was delicious!

    Definitely my favourite SW book so far - I would happily eat any of the recipes in there - and probably will!!!

    Restart Jan 2013, but kept original stats! Lost 1 stone, 5lb since restart.

    One of the consultant's helpers in my class was going to make a lamb dish from it. Lamb Adobe? I think so. She was really impressed with it- once she had tracked down all the ingredients. Refreshingly, our consultant is the type of cook who does not bother if there are more than 5 ingredients! She also gets teased that she buys ready chopped/prepared stuff.

    I had a quick look through the book -mostly meat stuff so I did not bother - although it did look impressive. However I am happy with my green book and the sauce book which has some lovely curry style sauces suitable for veggie and meat lover alike.

    I made the sauce for the sweet and sour chicken that you have to make before you stir-fry the rest, and thought it smelt and tasted awful, far too tomatoey for me!

    My friends are having a chinese take away tonight and I was going to try the sweet and sour recipe with egg fried rice, will have a look in the book for something else now
