Crispy Duck . Must try :-)
Hi. I have tweeked this from the hairy bikers cookbook.
Remove skin from
2 Duck breasts
1 garlic clove
2 star anise
2 cm of a fresh ginger root ( grated)
2 tablespoon Dark soya sauce.
Put everything in a sance pan and simmer for 1 hour. Untill you can pull the duck apart with 2 forks. I served it on a bed of salad ( Hosin Sauce - 2 syns. )

I took some of this to the club taster last night and it went in seconds. They said it tasted like the chinese. :)
I was a chef. Now I work in a magazine subscription company.
