Italian chicken FREE on red and EE the sauce is free on all plans

Serves 2 people

X2 chicken breasts chopped
A sprinkle of fresh oregano or 2 teaspoons of dried
X2 teaspoons of heaped chopped easy garlic
X1 can of chopped tomatoes
X2 pieces of bacon with all fat removed
Fry light

Spray wok with fry light and add garlic, bacon and oregano, fry for a couple of mins or until bacon looks cooked,
Chop the chicken breasts into pieces and add to the wok fry until browned off
Add chopped tomatoes, bring to the boil then simmer for 20 mins

Serve with mash and superfee veg for an EE day or boiled and jacket potatoes for a red day (using potatoes as a healthy extra)
