Free on Green (although there is 1 HEXA for skim milk)
1 whole head of Celery
2 large Onions
350mls Skim Milk
Fat Free Natural Yoghurt - (Optional)
Chop celery and onions and put in a pan with the milk.
Cook on stove for about 10 mins then liquidise or blend to your liking.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add a spoonfull of yoghurt if desired when serving
