    Start Date: 1st August, 2010
    Start Weight: 22st0lb
    Current Weight: 19st7lb
    Goal Weight: 10st0lb
    Goal Date: No rush, just as long as I keep losing...


    BMI Information:
    Start BMI: 62.2
    Current BMI: 55.1
    Goal BMI: 28.3


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 2st7lb
    Weight to Lose: 9st7lb

    CELERY SOUP

    CELERY SOUP

    Free on Green (although there is 1 HEXA for skim milk)


    1 whole head of Celery
    2 large Onions
    350mls Skim Milk
    Fat Free Natural Yoghurt - (Optional)


    Method

    Chop celery and onions and put in a pan with the milk.

    Cook on stove for about 10 mins then liquidise or blend to your liking.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Add a spoonfull of yoghurt if desired when serving

    I love celery so will definitely try this!




    Lost nearly 7st when I did SW back in 2009/10. Then moved to Canada.
    Have tried and failed at many other plans. Now I want to get back to my roots and do SW again.
    I love this plan!
