You're probably best to check on the slimming world website, I don't have the new book as yet. Is it very different?

One shredded wheat is 3.5syns. I did weigh one the other day but can't remember how much it was. 2 are probably over the 28g HEx so it probably will be 1 with a ryvita or scan bran.

shredded wheat minis as heb
has anyone actually counted how many shredded wheat minis are in 28g as a heb. I don't have digital scales and it is hard to judge? thanksx

I'm sorry I don't have and mini shreddies to weigh for you but someone should be able to answer this. Otherwise, if you are using manual scales I would just measure 25g. Best to round down than round up if you know what I mean.
I would recommend picking some up digital scales when you can as they will come in really handy, especially if you try red or green days. Argos sell them quite cheaply if that's any help.
