OMG had these last night and they were so delicious! Dare I say they were actually better then normal ones! Whole fam loved em xx
Thats how I have done them, Dont leave them to boil for more than 5 minutes, take longer in oven but nice. Turn couple times so even golden brown. Family love them.
Just making some right now x
Can't wait to try these! Oxo eh? This is alchemy!!

I made these roasties today using a chicken oxo and they were fab!!! Just a bit worried I may have to syn these as I used the same roasting tray that I had cooked my chicken on. I did not add any oil but there was chicken juices/oils left in the roasting tray. Could anyone please tell me if this is syns? Thanks.
Am doing a roast tonight, and these sound lovely, just hope they dont go soggy...
I had these tonight and OMG they are DELICIOUS!!!! Far better than have then drenched in fat. I could eat a plate full! :-)
We had roasties with our tea and they are beaut! Even hubby loved em!

Just made the OXO roasties and they are lovely, thanks for the recipe![]()
I just made these for our Sunday roast and had new pots on standby just in case they weren't nice as I wasn't convinced it wouldn't work.....how wrong was I?! Totally fab, I am going to do my roasties like this every time now!!! They tasted like they had been roasted in loads of fat (in a good way if you know what I mean!) Really crispy and tasty!! Thanks for the idea!!!
