Mushy Pea Curry!

Sounds awful but promise its actually pretty good.

Tin of beans
Tin Of Mushy Peas
Tin of tomatoes
Curry powder (as much as you wish)

Bung together and you have curry.

Flake in fish to make more substancial and also more speedy.

Give it a bash!

I did a superspeed challenge where you had to eat at least 10 different speed or super speed superfree foods a day and this really helped me!

Yeah I did! I lost 5lb that week and I normally lose around 2lb when I'm really trying and I found it helped me make sure my plate was a 1/3 superfree x

I like the sound of this one, might have to open the cafe for daughter, if I made it! She certainly wouldn't eat it!

Jenni, do you have the slimming world book? If so they are all the the foods with S or SS next to them.

If you don't then speed foods tend to be beans, peas and pulses. The majority of Fish. I think Chicken and Turkey are also speedy but not quite sure and some veg such as onions and celery.

Hope this helps, I'm sure if you search there should be another thread that lists them in full.

hi ladies, can anyone tell me if you need to cook the tomato super speed soup? or just heat it as you need it?
also is there a recipe for the summer pudding?

I just pop all the tomato soup ingredients into a Tupperware type bowl, blend and pop in fridge. Then I heat the portions as I want them! Dead easy! :) x
