    Beef curry with rice and spinach

    Just made this and it was soooo yummy!

    Ingredients
    Lean stewing beef pieces
    Onions
    Mushrooms
    1 Grated carrot
    Tikka powder
    Garlic granules
    2x beef oxo Tiny amount of boiled water to mix oxo cubes in
    Rice
    Fresh spinach
    Method
    Cook onions in frying pan (frylight)
    Add beef and cook Add mushrooms & grated carrot Sprinkle 2tsp tikka powder & Garlic powder in and mix then sprinkle with black pepper.
    Mix 2 beef oxo cubes with a tiny amount of boiled water to melt and make a thick sauce like mixture and add to food
    leave to simmer for 10 minutes stirring regularly to stop sticking.
    When cooked take off of heat and add 3tbsp of fat free natural fromage frais and mix well!
    Add to plate of cooked rice and fresh spinach

    Not sure? Perhaps if added more runny consistency of the sauce bit and browned off the meat before putting it in? It was very scrummy!
