Pot Noodle - syn free
I made a Pot Noodle for my lunch to take to work today and I was very impressed. I filled a third of a beaker tupperware thing with dried noodles, then piled peppers, sweetcorn and mangetout on top. I poured some soy sauce and mustard salad dressing over it then stuck it in the fridge overnight. When it was time to eat it, I simply poured boiling water in (enough to cover the noodles) and left it to cook for around 5 minutes before tucking in. Delicious!
Sounds lovely I must try that!
