    fat free danone vanilla actimel yogurt 125g pot please help

    what is the syn value of these I am really confused as I know the normal 125g pots are 3.5 syns but thought the fat free ones were syn free but really confused now as they contail sugar so are not syn free? the syn values on the SW website don't mention the fat free ones so does anyone know the syn value? are they syn free or 3.5 syns. I had one earlier and thought it was free so have stocked up on them but now it apears I cant eat em

    Are you just getting confused because actimel is not a yoghurt - isn't it one of those probiotic drinks?

    The Danona ACTIVIA fat free yoghurts are syn free.
