    Hello can anyone find out the syn value of Ben and Jerry's Phish Food Frozen Yoghurt for me?
    And also does anyone have any idea how many syns are in a plateful of wagamama's delicious Yaki Soba? Here's hoping not too many...(although I think i'll be sadly disappointed...Much too tasty. Haha. )
