    Cottage Cheese And snack a jacks ?

    I was looking for very low fat cottage cheese and came accross tesco own no fat cottage cheese i was wondering if these contain any syn points?

    Also do snack a jacks containg any syn points as i couldnt find this in my book?

    ok thanks for the help but it wasnt a tesco light choices it as a tesco value one...... is was all they had in...

    sorry to thread butt! are most low fat cottage cheeses including the flavoured ones free?
    eeks 15 st 6lb!! The only way is DOWN

    15 st 4.5 now - oh well its a start!

    Nope, not all. For example - the tesco low fat pineapple on is free but asdas isn't (or didn't used to be)

    Always best to check.

    No rice cakes are free hun.
