Could anyone help me please, I really like the Slimming World HiFi Bars but we can't get them in Spain. It was so nice to get a chocolate fix without using my syns!
Can we use the Special K bars as an alternative or are there any other alternative cereal bars that can be used as HE-B?
Many thanks for your help - it's all these little tips that make dieting (sorry, changing my lifestyle) tolerable.

You can also have a weetabix oaty bar - they do milk and white chocolate ones - either as a HEX or for only 3.5 syns.
The Special K bars cannot be used as a HEX I'm afraid but if I remember rightly the chocolate one is only about 4.5 syns.
