Hmm, most chocolate spreads are 4.5 syns per level tbsp, and Nutella is 4 syns. I've heard of people mixing some quark with a highlights/options sachet and using that, but no idea what it's like.

Are you wanting it for a filling (for baking or something) or just to spread on bread?

I like to use it as icing on the sw cakes I make-I have tried using options with fromage frais but ive found i have to use quite a lot of options to make it as nice as the choc spread so the syns often work out as the same

    Thanks for the info though

You could always try adding cocoa and sweetener instead - cocoa is certainly more chocolately than the sachets but quark also takes on flavours better than other toppings.
