Thread: Branded soups!

2 of Morrisons Souper Soups are FREEEEE on green and EE. They are the Chunky vegetable one and the Spicy Lentil one. There is also a tomato and Basil one available which I have out the syn calculator and it comes out as 4 sysn, however I got the figures for the calories etc online so not sure how reliable they are.

You will find them with the tinned soups, they are in a white microwaveable bowl shaped pot with a silver lid. 97p each. )In my store they were with the microwaveable Heinz Big soups)

Did you read that somewhere SW-based or did you run it through the syns calculator?

Shop soups dont count for free food so are 1 syn per 20 calories, so unless these are special for some reason and SW has officially announced it they are not free...

And this thread is quite old, so some of the syns may well be out of date now. (Can't believe it was only a year ago that the landlord put the new kitchen in - seems much longer - must be all that cooking I do!!)
