Hey All,

Am new to SW and love my morning Starbucks Skinny Latte - how many syns for this? As it's skimmed milk can i use as a Hex A?

I get these occasionally and add sugar free vanilla/hazlenut syrup (free) and count it as my HEX a- they are ace and really feel like a treat

So does that mean i only count as half a sin or 6.5??? I am on a red day so can have 2 x Hex A so if i have more skimmed milk in tea etc is that ok also?

You only have to count half a syn to use up one HEX A.

If you use your 2nd HEX a for milk too and have some left over at the end of the day (about 30ml) you could not use that and not count the half a syn either

does anyone know the syn value of a tall caramel hot choc with soya milk?!

Have had to do a few calculations to work this one out (approximately). Won't explain the maths here but can if requested, and used values below.

Tall Caramel Hot Choc (Soya):

normal syrup + whipped cream = 22 syns
sugar free syrup + whipped cream = 21 syns
normal syrup but no whipped cream = 19 syns
sugar free syrup and no whipped cream = 18 syns.

Deduct 6 syns if using soya milk as one of your healthy extras.

I love the skinny caramel macchiatto's. Which I believe are also only 0.5 syns if you have the sugar free caramel syrup and use the milk as a HEa???
