Thread: corn flour

someone told me that oxo's are free and to use corn flour to make them thicker which i have tried and it works. but is corn flour free?

I guess the syn value isn't that bad considering you don't really need to use much. especially if it is for a family meal and is spread out

Depending on which plan you are following, instant mash makes a good syn free substitute for cornflour.
