    syn free soup

Hi guys does anyone know if there are any syn free soups? That I can buy, I mean rather than make for when I'm short on time! If it makes a difference I'm shopping at Asda! :0)

No there are no syn free soups other than those you make yourself. By the way can you keep questions about syn values to the syn values sub-forum so that Starlight or Irene don't then have to spend the time moving them. Thanks!

When you've got a bit more time why dont you cook a load of syn free soup from scratch portion it up and freeze it, then when you short on time just grab it out the freezer and reheat.

    Hope that helps xx

Make your own and freeze for when you are short on time!
Tinned soups are so chock full of salt, they are not really very good for you and I for one, wouldn't waste a B choice on them!

I made spicy squash soup yesterday, apart from chopping the squash (two mins) waiting 40 mins while it roasted, all I needed to do was blend it (two mins). Three hearty portions of superfree soup in 4 mins.
Sorry I haven't answered your question but just thought I'd let you know how easy it is to make your own, much healthier, soup!

I also made a big batch of vegetable puree and it lasted me quite a long time- just put in spring onions, courgettes, green beans, carrots, potatoe and a veg stock cube and turned out lovely!
