pataks curry paste help

hi everyone this is my first week doing sw and following ee hubby always makes a curry on a saturday night using the following,
chicken breast
mushrooms and onions
pataks madras curry paste
tin toms
boiled rice

i think im ok with everything but not sure bout the curry paste??????????

thankyou in advance ( might miss my sat curry if cant have it x)

Just to add that the the tikka paste is the lowest in the Patak's range - only 1 syn for a level tbsp.

Hiya....the pataks recipes are on the jar! Basically you add the paste to the meat and fry for a bit. Then add veg and either water or canned toms depending on the recipe. My fav is balti.....Its high syns, so I use half as much paste and just cook a bit longer. Turns out ok!!

hi yes sorry for the late reply, just fry the chicken in fry light and pataks curry paste add mushrooms tin toms and onions very easy and very very nice xx serve with boiled rice hey presto x
