    Pitta bread eaters

I was just wondering....it's a daft question really....how much does a wholemeal pita bread weigh/how many syns are they each? I've looked in my book, but it only gives the syns per weight and I don't have any at home to weigh

A Tesco wholemeal pitta is 60g.
    A Tesco wholemeal mini-pitta is about 30g.

It is definitely worth getting scales though as the weights do vary.

Donnie you'd must have been smaller than mine because when I weighed them they were all either 60g or 65g.
