Have you tried doing a search? I'm sure this has come up before - check out the blue button towards the top right that says search this forum. The extra light flora is only half a syn for a level tsp but i'm not sure of the others.

Beans are free on green and ee but my consultant last year mentioned they aren't superfree. I'm not too sure about different brands though, I use Branston because I prefer the flavour over Heinz lately and have still lost.

Baked beans are great! Along with eggs and mushy peas (not actually eaten together!!) they are one of the top foods I would say 'save me' from losing the plot when I have a snack attack! Filling and free- what's not to like (apart from windypops)! X
