You'll be better asking in the main syn values forum rather than on this thread as more people will see it.

Yes you can. SW recommend making superfree foods your first choice for snacks but that doesn't mean than you can't also have free foods or synnable snacks.

Is all the information in the first thread still correct as I know SW are changing all the time, I just want to know as I'm going on a tour and need free foods to pack that I can eat on my journey, so the roast chicken mugshots would be ideal

Thank you so much for this thread it answers a lot of questions for me.

As I live out of the U.K. I sometimes find it hard to find branded products though we do now have an Iceland that also sells Weightrose products in our village. We also have Aldi so I can buy there yoghurt's........ how great is that. My slimming life has been yoghurt free up to now.

Do the pasta and rice packets have to be Bachelor's ???

I am so glad I found this site and feel it will be the thing that keeps me on track,

    thank you again,

Thanks for that - I'll add them to the list. I can't eat Mullers so I'm not looking for any new ones when in the shops.

    Muller Light

I have just had my first ever Muller Light. It was the toffee one. It was just about the most delicious thing I have ever eaten !!! I have never bought them before for 2 reasons. One is that until Overseas Food Exports opened an Iceland store, we could not get them, and the second reason, they are so expensive here. Nearly a pound a pot. Is that expensive ??? Seems it to me.

Are there any flavours we should not have. Don't tell me orange and chocolate is one 'cos that is what I am having this evening and if I have to syn it I will.......nothing will deprive me of this glorious taste sensation. !!!

On the subject of yogurt, I think I saw on here that Aldi's own brand yogurts are free. Is that true ??? Their Passion Fruit and Vanilla is soooo good and we have an Aldi quite close by.

Being on this diet is like being on a wagon that goes at speed then slows down, but it may even stop or go in reverse for a short time, so dont get off the wagon! If you get off, get thrown off, or lose your place, run after it! If that doesn't work, get the next immediate wagon. Fight to stay on the wagon it will take you to your destination
