    Alpen Light Bar Syns

    Hiya,

    I usually use my HEb's on Alpen Light bars because theyre easy to snack on and very very yummy! I was just wondering if someone could tell me how many syns they have per bar? I usually have the Choc & Fudge ones and recommend them to everyone if they havent already discovered them! they taste amazing!!!!
