    I've got an asda own brand (not smart price) cheese flavour one in the cupboard, but it was more a general idea of whther they'd be something that will be free if I buy the right ones (I dont start til wednesday lol)

    Asda Minute Mash, Cheese, made up as directed, dried 100g made up

    1 Syns on Extra Easy Original 4 Syns Green 1 Syns

    The other Minute Mash flavours also seem to be 1 syn per 100g

    The Smash original and Smash buttery are both free on green/EE while the Smash flavoured ones are syn per 100g.
