Hi guys,

Can somebody please tell me how many syns are in Maggi chicken flavour 2 minute noodles (77g pack)? Here's the stats:

Per 100g
Kcal 85
Protein 1.8g
Carbs 11.4g
Of which sugars 0.3g
Fat 3.6g
Of which saturates 1.6g
Fibre 0.6g
Sodium 0.4g
Salt equivalent 0.9g

Thanks so much!

Sorry hun, SW don't list Maggi as the manifacture.. not sure where else to look. x

On the pack, it says it's distributed by a company called Osem, if that helps? Thank you!

I put it through the calculator with a free food of noodles on green (hope this is right) and the results were -
1 Syn per package/portion on Extra Easy, 1 Syn per package/portion on Green, 3½ Syns per package/portion on Original.

Hope this helps.

Yes it does help a lot, thanks so much guys!

I have just bought some of the Maggi 2 minute noodles but on my pack it has COMPLETELY different nutritional info, like, 453 calories per 100g!!! I also found this thread on another forum that states they're 9.5 syns. Are these noodles you are talking about here a low fat version??

This is the other thread with nutritional info:

I suspect one set of NVs is for dried weight and the other for cooked weight? eg this one is a 77g pack and 441kcal/100g values will definitely be dry weight, the 'per serving' shows you how many cals in a pack.

Hmm, my "per serving" values still put it at 353 calories and 14.8g of fat, which seems too much for them to only be 1 syn? And working on the values that are given in this thread, isn't 3.5 syns on a red day very low for 100g of noodles? Sorry if I am causing confusion, just want to be sure and I feel like there is a mistake here somewhere!

14.8g fat would be too much for 1 syn I agree. On a red day noodles are not free so they would always be 1 syn per 20 calories which would make yours 17.5 syns. On a Green orr EE day using dried noodles as a free food the one I posted above works out at:

7 Syns per package/portion

I expect the original poster used cooked noodles as the free food when they should have used dried noodles/savoury pot
