Waitrose Balsamic Vinegar Dressing & Tropical Capri Sun Syn count?

Hello! Was fed some balsamic vinegar dressing and a tropical flavour Capri Sun today, of which I didn't know the Syn values for before consuming (naughty me!) but I was at my boyfriend's mum's house and was being polite. (:

If anyone is aware of the values could you please let me know? I had a small helping of the balsamic vinegar, which came from Waitrose, and I know the Capri Sun pouch was about 88cals. Thanks in advance!

Aww, thanks very much for the info and the super quick reply! The Capri Sun thing is so annoying, I would sooner have drunk from my bottle of water and eaten something equivalent to 4 and a half Syns! Never mind though, haven't exceeded my daily allowance for today and have otherwise eaten well. So it's all good. Thanks again!

FYI, Balsamic Vinegar on its own is syn free, its only when its made into a dressing that it gets a syn value.

    Dont Try...Just Do.

Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels... with the exception of Maltesers, Cake, and about five billion other foods that I can eat whilst following a fantastic healthy eating programme within my syns. Take that MISS MOSS. Pfft. LOSER. (Me, not you. You just suck.)
