    Allinson snack rolls hexb syns

    Hi

Can anyone give me any info on Allinson snack rolls? I didn't realise until i dumped packaging that I don't know weight or anything else. I freeze the rolls individually thats why I don't have packaging.

I'm just wondering if one roll can be a HEXB also what would they be as syns.

    Thanks xox

I see this has been unanswered. A gentle bump to find out if anyone knows? The weight isn't on the packet and I don't have digital scales :-(

Oops - just realised this is in the wrong forum...

According to their website 100g is 279 calories and 1 roll is 126 calories - therefore a roll must be about 45g

As they are 126 calories they are 6.5 syns each and as they are wholemeal you can use them as HEXBs.
