    after doing some maths..... 3 tsp in a tbsp and apparently 3 tbsps of flour in an ounce....
    so is it 1/2 a syn? lol

    I would say 2 tbsp in an oz
    an oz is 28g
    tbsp is about 15g
    tsp 5g

    So if it is 5 syn for 28g then 5g would be 1 syn (rounded up)
