Hi, can anyone help? Love these but can't find the syn value online, some bars are Inc in hexb but haven't seen this one, anyone have any idea?

For foods with no free food in them you can use the 1 syn per 20 calories guidelin

But as a member you can also plug the nutritional info into the syn calculator to be sure
