    A week in

In my first week i lost 6 pounds (delighted) but i've now got a problem, i could KILL for a cheese sandwich on white bread.

I can't stop thinking about them, i think i need rehab.

In the SW book it says

White bread full size 400/800g loaf

    1medium slice is 4syns

Personally I still have white bread and call it my HEB. I know the book says wholemeal but I don't have bread often so a few white slices for me isn't gonna make much difference

white bread isn't a HeB because it doesn't have enough fiber to qualify..
you're only cheating yourself if you don't count it.
No one is stopping you from having it and if you have the syns to spare then why lie to yourself?

Coljack, I totally agree about cheating yourself if you count white bread as HEB, however personally I only have bread once a week so in the grand scheme of things, it not being wholemeal isn't gonna spoil things......but if I was having it every day that's a different matter

Ummmm the OP never said she was going to have it as a healthy B. She was going to syn it and have the cheese as a HEA.

I agree about not cheating tho, as the whole point of it being W/M is the fibre, which white doesn't have init. So it defeats the object, if you have white instead of brown.

I realised after, I had read HEA as HEB. One draw back using the minimins app, you can't re-read the previous post before pressing send.
