Bought the Asda Extra Light Mayo before as much for the family as anything.
Checked out the website and it says 1 tbsp = 1 syn.
But when looking at the calories its 12 cals and I thought 20 cals was 1 syn, so this would be just over half a syn for 1 tbsp.
Ive had 5 tbsp so what should I put it down as; 5 syns of 3 syns?

i would put the details into the syns calculator and see what that says x
Ah ok. It does actually have a 'NEW' logo on the packaging.
Put it through the calculator and its come back as 1/2 syn per portion.

yep just go by the calories, it will have no free food allowance, so you can go by 1 syn = 20 calories. So 1 syn for 2 tablespoons.
