    I'm partial to the odd Jaffa Cake (2.5 each if you buy the proper ones, or 2 syns if you go for the supermarket own brand (but not basics) ones).

    We've also just discovered Penguin Wafers as they were on special in Sainsbury's this week - 4.5 syns each. Extremely sweet and chocolate-y but not a great deal of them I must admit!

    hi has any one tried the boots shapers blueberry nougat bars they are scrummy and only 4.5 syns they also do a mint version for 4 syns
    1 stone lost on my own, 2 stone with sw- resetting my target, reaching it with ww- if i want to lose the lbs i need to stick to plan

    Brilliant, thank you so much! Not too terrible an amount. The small ones could be estimated, I think they are half the size

    Does anyone have the syns for the Thorntons Viennese truffle bars, they are all kinds of gorgeous (but I'm guessing incredibly high in syns).
