    Start Weight: 12st6lb
    Current Weight: 12st6lb
    Goal Weight: 10st8lb
    Goal Date: When I reach it

    Start BMI: 29
    Current BMI: 29
    Goal BMI: 24.6


    Statistics:
    Weight to Lose: 1st12lb
    % Lost 0%

    Garden Peas?

    Can someone please tell me whether garden peas (frozen) are free on any of the plans? Or how many syns there are in them? Thanks


    Starting weight 4th March 12st 6lbs


    Mini Targets
    Lose half a stone - 11.12
    Get one disastrous week away from the 12's - 11.10
    Lose stone - 11.5
    Lose 1 1/2 stone - 10.12
    My max healthy weight - 10.10
    First Target - 10.8
    'Feel comfortable' weight - 10.5

    Wedding Day (& happy with) weight - 10.2
    Stretched Targets
    Get back into the 9's
    Lowest weight in 6 years - 9.10
    Would love to get down to weight - 9.7

    Glad I read this I thought peas were a superfree food!
    I've been eating fresh posses garden peas as a snack instead of my usual crisps on a night I'm on EE too
