Hi all

Just wondering about the syn value in mashed potato…not the real stuff…but the frozen/packet stuff. Mainly aunt bessies frozen mash & Mr Mash (with only water added to it).

aunt bessies frozen mash per 100g raw = 2.5 syns on EE + GREEN, 5 syns on RED

Smash and Smash Buttery are free. The onion and cheese ones are syns. Would imagine Mr Mash would be free but you'd have to check, try searching, it might come up.

Looks like it's now 0.5 syns per 100g made up. Mr Mash is still free though as far as I can see.

Yes I was about to post that too, I read it somewhere that it was no longer free.
