any idea if these are free. I was told in group that the gammon steaks (the funny shaped ones) are free if u cut off the fat. Not sure with the rounds as there is no visible fat to cut off

If there is no fat then it's free, everything is free so long as
A you remove any visible fat
B its not minced with fat, so extra lean beef mince or lean pork etc
C even duck is free so long as the skin is removed!

Does anyone know if the gammon rounds contain any syns?. When I grilled them no fat came out but someone sais they were processed so will contain syns.

Depends on the brand. Many are synned because as you say it is re-formed meat.

The ones I have are Iceland unsmoked from the chiller.

Sorry but they are not listed so you would need to post the nutritional info so someone can work it out on the syn calculator. That's assuming you are not a group member with access to it yourself
