Merchant Gourmet Puy Lentils - Ready to Eat

    Hi,

Can anyone tell me the syn values for Merchant Gourmet Ready to Eat Puy Lentils in microwaveable pouches? Specifically the Mushroom and Sun-dried tomato varieties.

They're yummy, so I'm just hoping they're not a syn catastrophe!

    Thanks x
