Does anyone know how many syns are in these? Only 100 calories per sandwhich!

    Thank you ?

100 calories would be 5 syns. It's 100 calories per "thin" so an actual sandwich made from 2 would be 10 syns plus filling.

actually a thin is the whole bap type thing, they are a bit like a flattened bagel or pitta, you slice your knife through and it comes in half, quite popular here in Canada/US.

It is 100 calories for the whole thin, so 5 syns (not 10), as no free food allowance so 1 syn for every 20 calories.

Ah I get ya, they split like a pitta? Sound quite nice! I see they're doing square wraps too which look lovely.

They're great if you miss white bread & you don't mind using up 5 syns on your lunch. I'm going to have one later with a fried egg!

    Hi everyone,

I've bought these and loved them, and synned them myself at 5 syns as they had no free food. However, has anyone had confirmation from SW that this is the case? I'm only being hopeful as they are so yummy that they may be lower syns or even a hexb choice (wishful thinking I know, but I'm sure WW white Danish counted as a hexb at one time so you never know!!)

they will never be less syns, because no bread has a free food allowance. So it is 1 syn for every 20 syns.

I doubt they will qualify as a HEb as the fibre isn't high enough.

I know it's wishful thinking, but as I said, Weight Watchers White Danish was a Hexb, so you never know. Here's hoping..!
