    Mccain chips

    Hello

    Does anyone know the syns in McCain less than 5% fat oven chips the straight cuts? I found the rustic on here for 0.5 per 100g but not the normal chips?

    The syn value for McCain Oven Chips , straight cut 5% fat , frozen 100g raw are 1.5 on green or EE day and 6 syns on a red day

    02/01/11 start again!! Have already lost over 5 stone!! BMI start = 28.5 2011
    BMI start for 2012 = 28.1, healthy BMI = 25.0 (10st 10lb)
    01/01/12 = too much wagon falling
    12st 1lb = 28.1 BMI
    Jan - lost 7lb (BMI = 27.0)
    Feb - gained 5lb (BMI = 27.8)
    March - gained 1lb (BMI = 28)
    Come on girl - focus!!!
    April - lost 3lb (BMI = 27.5)

    The syn value will be for the 100g of uncooked chips, once cooked the syn value doesn't change. The only thing that changes once cooked is the weight, hence why you measure them in their uncooked state.

    I love these! for 2 syns 200g uncooked i get about 10-12 chips! not much but enough if you want that REAL chip taste! Sometimes SW chips just wont do!

    Weeks 5-8: -6.5lbs (-4, +1.5, -3*, -1)
    Weeks 9-12: -6lbs (-1, -0.5*, -1, -3.5)

    I just bought a tefal actifty recently, its a bit expensive but the difference is unbelievable when making chips. The oven trends to dry out my slimming world chips but doesn't crisp them up but this actifry
