Hi everyone!

I was just wondering if anyone knows the syn value for a standard size caramel shortcake, such as ones you can buy in cafes like costa and starbucks etc? Have to say, going to cafe's is my weakness! :sigh:

According to the Starbucks website

Chocolate caramel shortbread is 357 calories so using the 20 calories to 1 syn rule that would be 18 syns

wow, thats a lot of syns! will need to save them up next time I fancy a cafe binge then!
