I worked it out as 2 1/2 syns per 2 tbsps based on their nutritional info on the sides. Its really nice in Hi-lite hot chocolate, even 1 tbsp makes it gooey goodness, and one of my local shops sells it, and its LUSH!! Really nice on toast! Really nice sweet treat.
