    Irish tea bread Syn value??

    Can anyone tell me what the syn value would be for this recipe? With fruit as HEX and without please:


    Ingredients

    Dried sultanas or mixed cake fruit500 gBoiling water600 mlTeabagsapprox 3Sugar substitute (canderel)20 gSelf raising flour (brown)250 gEgg (chicken)1Mixed cake spice1/2 tsp

    The only syns will be in the flour and sultanas - if you do a search on this forum you will find the syn values for both and then just work it out based on the amount you are using in the recipe. But be warned they are both pretty high in syns.
