    Tilda Sweet Chilli & Lime Rice

    Hi, can anyone help with the syn value of this flavour please? I've searched the site and also google and have managed to find all the other flavours except this one Would like to have it for lunch tomorrow if not too synful

    Hi all, why does the Tilda rice have a syn value - it's rice? The lime and corriander can't have that many calories?

    Most pre cooked packet rices like this have a small syn value as they use oil to prevent the rice from.sticking together
