Tesco Simply Cook Lamb Shank in Mint Gravy

I saw this in my local Tesco yesterday and I've heard a few people in my group talking about it.

Is this free on red or do I need to syn it?

Also you cook it in the microwave so wondering if anyone has tried it and whether it is good quality or not? I imagine it to be like plastic for some reason

I've had both and I prefer the fresh one as I thought it tasted better.

Don't worry about it tasting of plastic as it doesn't.

    Enjoy it.
