We had these last night and they were amazing. I added water until it was about the thickness of thick pancake batter. Once the pan was really hot, sprayed it with fry lite and spread out a ladle full as thinly as I could.

They cooked quickly, and I found I preferred them once they were fairly brown on each side.

Added lots of salt and pepper, also some herbs, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and ground ginger.

Got loads left as I agree they are hugely filling
    Targets:

Made these a couple of times - now grind them more and put more water in them and make a pancake type batter.
Kept in the fridge for 4 days and they also freeze.

Roasted some veg and rolled them in the wrap.

I tried these but no matter how sloppy or dry I made them I couldn't bind them so used an egg and they were easier to handle

Just to let you all know that I got an answer re the syn value for these (I sent the full recipe to slimming world for an official answer) because the mung beans are blended and used to make a wrap (therefore are a substitute for flour) they do indeed need to he synned. 3.5 syns per 28g of dried mung beans. You need about 100g of dried beans for 4 wraps, so 4 syns per wrap.

Thanks so much for posting this very helpful. 4 syns is not to bad as they do fill you up.
