Can't find this anywhere! Marks & Spencer Crispy Smoked Bacon Strips

Have you got the nutritional info? Ive googled around a bit and using this info and bacon as a Free food I get 16 syns per 100g. I dont know if that data is reliable though, as I saw a few conflicting ones but this one came closest to matching another.

Bear in mind they are very unlikely to be removing the fat from their bacon, and if its crispy its dried basically, so its like eating dried fruit etc which are not free. (As basically you can eat a vastly greater volume of them - hence more calories - once you've removed all/most of the water).

Per pack-

Calories 267 Sodium 1650 mg Total Fat 16 g Potassium 0 mg Saturated 6 g Total Carbs 0 g Polyunsaturated 0 g Dietary Fiber 0 g Monounsaturated 0 g Sugars 0 g Trans 0 g Protein 31 g

And yes good point about the dried food I suppose it would be quite high in syns then- I guessed as much! Oh well, won't be eating that again :)

Really! Oh, that's not SO bad... there's quite a lot of strips in one pack, I'd say I've eaten maybe 2 or 3 syns at a time at the very most. :)

Um, that's actually the same as what I calculated... ;) 16 syns per 100g = 8.8 syns for 55g... the actual SW figure is 9, so it was bang on.

Anyway, enjoy :)

Oh yeah, I didn't realise how small the packet was so 100g sounded like a lot of syns to me! It's not bad anyway, I'm not too worried.
