Syn Values please??

Hi Everybody

I wanted to ask what the syns are in Tesco/Ainsley Harriots flavoured Couscous pks please? I love these with fish and chicken for a change!
Also wanted to ask for low value treats?Biccies? Ive a gala ball in 5wks and wud love 21lb of!!Or as close as!!

I think 21lb in 5 weeks is a bit unrealistic, that's almost 4.5lb a week!! I'd just concentrate on sticking to the plan and losing what you can, but good luck x

Yes i kno i was being totally unrealistic with the lost i want! But just felt down,not feelin much better 2day either 2bh!
But hey ho..........
Im hopin to do the EE version for a while and see how it goes,bit daunting,so much to learn and remember!!

Aww sorry hun, didnt mean to get you down, just dont want you to get even more down if you dont achieve what you hoped for! Hey you can still lose loads! 5 weeks at 2lb a week is still nearly a stone! Thats loads! Beside, this is about losing it FOR GOOD - stick to it and youll never bethis weight again
