    Low Syn Cakes/Desserts (Shop Bought)

    Hi guys

I made Honey's yummy rice pudding but all the artificial sweetener has triggered a cold sore on my lip (grrr!) so I will be buying my sweet treats from now on!

Are there any low syn cakes/cake bars/desserts that you recommend?
    Kirsty

It's hard being overweight, it's hard to lose weight, and it's hard to maintain your weight.
    Choose your 'hard'!

Never give up on your dream because of the time it will take to achieve it - that time will pass anyway

Not amazingly low but the WW cake bars are all about 4 - 4.5 syns? I tend to get them if I fancy a cake!

ww caramel shortbread are 6 syns each and yummy, if your looking at little cakes and cake bars you can use the 20 cal to 1 syn rule to work it out to be fair, I find most of them are between 5 and 10 syns depending on what you're looking at
