    Cuppa Soup

    Hi, I took the plunge and joined SW yesterday, could anyone tell me how many syns in a Batchelors chicken Cuppa Soup please? The syn calculator online says 5, I just wanted to check thats right, thanks in advance

    I love oxo cubes and bovril cubes (grandad called it beef tea) just used like cup-a-soups. If it's 20 cals a syn, the oxo will only be 1 syn.

    Oxo cubes are Free. Stock cubes are exempt from the 20 cal rule as they are classed as a free food (under 'storecupboard staples')
