Oven Bags

I asked this question somewhere else but no-one responded

I know that the Maggi/Knorr 'Cook in the Bag' packets have syns, but I bought my own oven bags and have added some spices to chicken and veg, which technically should be free... but is it? I don't see the difference between buying Maggi So Juicy which has spices already added, or adding my own spices to my own oven bags?

Anyone know if I would have to syn my own?! Hope that makes sense!!

Your method should be free. The Maggi type sachets contain oil as well as spices (and flour and other synned foods) so that's why they have syns.

I'm not sure where you posted earlier but this is the right place for syn queries.
