oh my god!!

Can someone please advise me on smoked mackerel strips from tescos......................i have tried to work it all out and im going insane!!! lol Basically i thought they were free Im sure im wrong and have just had almost 4 days syns in one go :sigh: Any help would be great......thanks x

I doubt you've had 4 days of syns in one go, don't worry! Smoked mackerel is 1 syn per 28g on red/ee.

Next time you have a syn query, take a look at the syn subforum
